Day Two Awaits

17 June 2026

Following an exciting opening day that crowned the first European champions of 2026, the action continues on Wednesday at the European Senior Fencing Championships in Antony, France.

The second day of competition will feature two individual events: Women's Foil and Men's Sabre. Europe’s top athletes in both weapons will begin their quest for continental glory as the road to the podium continues in one of the most important competitions of the international season.

After Tuesday's dramatic battles in Men's Épée and Women's Sabre, attention now shifts to another pair of highly competitive fields, where Olympic champions, world medallists and rising stars will take to the piste in pursuit of the European title.

The championships, hosted at the Complexe Sportif Éric Tabarly in Antony, have brought together Europe's elite fencers for six days of competition across all three weapons. As the event progresses, every touch becomes increasingly important, with athletes not only fighting for medals but also building momentum in the Olympic cycle leading towards Los Angeles 2028.

Fans across Europe are invited to support their national teams and follow every moment of the action.
