Cadet and U14 Circuits Open February Chapter

A Full Weekend of Cadet Action

From 7 to 8 February 2026, the European cadet circuit enters an intense phase of the season, with three Cadet Circuit competitions taking place simultaneously across Europe, alongside a U14 Circuit event. Young athletes will compete in individual and team events in all three weapons, gaining valuable international experience and ranking points at a crucial stage of their development.


Cadet Foil in Sofia, Bulgaria

The cadet foil circuit arrives in Sofia, where male and female foil fencers will take to the piste in both individual and team competitions. The Bulgarian capital once again provides a strong organisational platform for cadets to test consistency, tactical awareness and bout management against international opposition.

Cadet Sabre Spotlight in Praha, Czechia

In Prague, the focus shifts to cadet sabre, with fast-paced and explosive fencing expected throughout the weekend. Both men’s and women’s events, individual and team, will challenge athletes’ speed, timing and decision-making in one of the most dynamic weapons on the circuit.

Cadet Épée Battles in Krakow, Poland

Krakow hosts the cadet épée competition, welcoming male and female fencers for individual and team events. Known for its strong tradition in épée, this stage of the circuit offers a demanding test of patience, distance control and tactical discipline.

U14 Circuit Continues in Ub, Serbia

Alongside the cadet events, the European U14 Circuit continues in Ub with men’s and women’s épée. The competition is dedicated to individual events, focusing on learning, confidence-building and the first steps into structured international fencing for the youngest athletes on the circuit.
